We believe that there is no better medicine than food.
Founder Catarina Monnier was born in Brazil, where food was always fresh, vibrant, and made with care. Broths simmered slowly. Herbs were generous. Meals brought everyone to the table.
Bom — meaning “good” in Portuguese — reflects her belief that food should nourish deeply and taste extraordinary.
Each blend is thoughtfully crafted to bring warmth, comfort, and clean flavor into modern kitchens — without fillers, shortcuts, or compromise.

We believe premium food should feel personal, not manufactured. Every detail reflects our commitment to quality, clarity, and comfort.
How long does the broth last in the fridge and freezer?
Your broth ships chilled, not frozen. In the fridge, it keeps for 7 days unopened and 3–4 days once opened. In the freezer, it keeps its flavor and texture for up to 4 months. We include best-by dates and simple storage instructions in every box.
Is everything gluten-free and dairy-free?
All of our core broths are naturally gluten-free and dairy-free. Most spice blends are too, and any that contain potential allergens are clearly labeled. If you have celiac disease or severe allergies, reach out before ordering and we’ll walk you through the current lineup.
Do I need special equipment to use the products?
Nope. A small pot, a mug, and maybe a sheet pan are all you need. Our recipes are written for regular home kitchens—no Instant Pots or fancy gadgets required (though you can absolutely use them if you have them).
Can I pause or cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can pause, skip a month, or cancel your subscription from your account dashboard at any time before your next billing date. We’ll email you 3 days before each renewal so there are no surprises.
Do you offer wholesale or restaurant partnerships?
